Have fun taking a deep breathe. I am doing the same thing. I didn't sew all day because I promised my family I would take a break. I am visiting my parents, and my daddy's name is John too!
Hommm...sometimes this is all what it needs...( I`m doing Yoga thats why the Homm but it really does wonders!)
